Knowledge production on dance and physical education in Brazil: analysis of scientific articles

Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze the productions derived from scientific articles about dance as knowledge treated by the area of physical education, with the intention of identify its main themes of study. It is a research of quantitative approach, of the documentary type, that takes as a source the productions on dance and physical education made available in the national newspapers. Identified that the dance possesses diverse possibilities of themes of studies, but is in the education that she gains greater prominence, followed by topics that discuss about dance with possibility of movement, motor performance and physical activity.摘要 本研究旨在分析以体育学领域视角解读的舞蹈类学术论文衍生成果，以期明确其核心研究主题。本研究采用定量研究方法，属于文献研究范畴，以国内报刊公开的舞蹈与体育相关研究成果作为数据来源。研究发现，舞蹈具备多元的研究主题可能性，但在教育学领域的相关研究最为突出，其次是探讨舞蹈与运动、运动表现及体育活动关联的相关议题。
