NRS-20845 | Number register to patient admissions and discharges [Rozelle Hospital]

This series comprises a 'Number Register' of patients admitted to and discharge from Callan Park Hospital, later Rozelle Hospital.The register is made up of printed cards headed 'Number Register' with the following columns: Unit-number [patient registration number]; surname; Christian name; sex; admitted [date]; and discharged [date].The entries are generally in chronological order by date of current admission. Patient admission dates may be earlier than the start of the register (e.g. 1973) as they appear to have been added to the register only at the time of discharge.The cards are hole-punched and held in a lever-arch folder.
