NLRP3 Amplifies Inflammatory Signaling in Acute Lung Injury Induced by Cell Wall Extract of Gram-positive Bacteria

Transcriptomic analysis suggested that LCWE and LPS both induce Toll/NF-kB and TNF signalings in ALI, and LCWE additionally promotes T cell differentiation.We established a murine model of ALI-induced by LCWE. TLR2 receptors are activated by LCWE and transmitted through the MYD88 signaling pathway, activating NF-kappaB which leads to the production of IL1b and activation of TNFR and NLRP3 signaling pathways. Mice were challenged with LCWE from lung. LPS was used as positive control. Lung tissues were collected for RNA preparation and RNA-seq analysis.
