Phased assemblies of 4 Cannabis genomes: Anders CBD, Hawthorne OG, Sri Lankan, and Travis CBD

The chromosome scale scaffolds are in the *-chromos.fasta.gz. Whole-genome annotations, derived from the cs10 reference and inclusive of copies with 99% exonic identity, are in the *-cs10-copies-99.gff.gz files. NLR predictions, as described in the manuscript, are in the *-NLR.bed files. These are simply loci predictions and so do not include CDS or exon components. TPS annotations transferred from cs10 (at 50% exonic identity) are in the *-tps.gff files.
