Draft Genome Sequences of 4 Aspergillus flavus Isolates from Corn Kernels of Argentina.

We sequenced the genomes of four A. flavus isolates from Argentine maize, one aflatoxigenic and three non-aflatoxigenic, to explore genetic differences linked to aflatoxin production. These assemblies provide a valuable resource for comparative genomic studies.
