资源简介:

Muscle tissue is one of the fundamental tissue types in the human body and plays an essential role in movement, circulation, and the regulation of internal organ functions. The aim of this study was to examine the structural and functional characteristics of the three major types of muscle tissue: skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle. A descriptive and comparative literature review was conducted using information obtained from scientific textbooks and peer-reviewed publications in anatomy, histology, and physiology. The findings revealed that each muscle tissue type possesses unique morphological and physiological features that correspond to its specialized functions. Skeletal muscle is adapted for voluntary movement and force generation, cardiac muscle ensures continuous blood circulation through rhythmic contractions, and smooth muscle regulates the activity of hollow organs and blood vessels. Comparative analysis demonstrated significant differences in cellular structure, contraction mechanisms, fatigue resistance, and regenerative capacity among the three muscle types. Despite these differences, all muscle tissues share a common contractile mechanism based on the interaction of actin and myosin filaments. Understanding the organization and function of muscle tissues is essential for comprehending normal human physiology and for developing effective strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of muscular and cardiovascular disorders.
