Mexican Crotalus simus simus, Crotalus simus tzabcan and Crotalus simus culminatus venom gland transcriptomes raw sequence reads

Adult and Newborn snake venom gland transcriptomes were characterized for Crotalus simus simus, Crotalus simus tzabcan and Crotalus simus culminatus from Mexico. Moreover, the miRNA profile for each individual was investigated in order to evaluate the possible relevance of microRNA (miRNA) as regulators of the expression of toxins.
