Input data for the synthetic population of Estonia (SyntPop 3)

Inputs of the synthetic population of Estonia (SyntPop 3), version 1.0, that cannot be obtained in the state used from a permanent source. Published here for the first time: locality (2011 statistical small areas) and Tallinn neighbourhood boundaries; Statistics Estonia register home–work and home–school origin–destination matrices on the 1 km grid, 2020; persons by mother tongue by locality and Tallinn neighbourhood, 2024. Archived copies of source layers that their providers update: the 2021 population grids (100 m, 500 m, 1 km) and their combination; the residential building layer with dwelling-unit counts as built on 28 January 2026; the Estonian Topographic Database buildings with Building Register attributes (6 December 2025); settlement units (1 December 2024); broadband availability by address point (11 February 2025). All files are aggregates or public registers of buildings and places. README.md gives each file's source, citation, and the path at which the generation code reads it.
