Chromosome 8 Disease Challenge Data

Disease challenge and field deployment data and associated R code from the Chromosome 8 disease project. Data and code are provided for disease challenges at 48 hours post fertilization, 6 days post fertilization, 5 months, and 6 months. Disease challenges were conducted with OsHV-1 (Tomales variant), OsHV-1 microvariant, and <i>Vibrio coralliilyticus</i>. Field plantings were conducted with spat at 3.5 (Tomales) and 4.5 (Willapa) months and sampled for survival and growth data at 8 (Willapa) and 10 (Tomales) months. OsHV-1 prevalence and viral load data and code is included for the Tomales Bay field planting.
