资源简介:
Fresh samples of first diagnosed breast cancer (adjacent normal tissue, ductal carcinoma in situ and breast ductal carcinoma) were collected from Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. Unlike traditional scRNA-seq data analysis, by analyzing the number of microbial reads in the initial matrix, we found that microbial rna was not only present in parenchymal cells, but also in the stromal cells. It is also present in a wide range of immune cells.
