Saccharomyces pastorianus CCY48 - 91 Genome sequencing and assembly

Saccharomyces pastorianus is brewing bottom-fermenting yeast most commonly used in the Czech brewing. Main goal of this study is to make a publicly available assembly. Because there aren't many industrial yeasts sequenced, this data could be find as an important source for other researchers.
