RNA-Seq of Olea europaea L. cv. Picual mature seeds. Olea europaea L. cv. Picual seeds

Olea europaea L. cv. Picual drupes were collected at the Estación Experimental del Zaidín (CSIC, Granada, Spain) at maturity (210 DAA, days after anthesis). Olives were destoned and seeds were extracted by mechanical breakage of the woody endocarp. Total RNA was extracted using a RNeasy Plant Total RNA Kit (Quiagen, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. One replicate was sequenced in an Illumina NextSeq 550 sequencer.
