Transfection experiments to investigate the role of CARS2 in macrophages. PMA differentiated THP-1 macrophages were transfected for 72 hours with CARS2 siRNA and NT2 control siRNA. RNA was harvested and the transcriptome was analyzed by transcription array. The experiment was repeated 3 times.
