Data of the work "Sensitive detection of kidney injury biomarker (KIM1) in urine samples using an optical fiber semi-distributed interferometer biosensor"

This dataset contains raw experimental data collected during the detection of KIM-1 (Kidney Injury Molecule-1) protein using optical fiber sensors in an interrogator setup. The data was generated as part of a study aimed at evaluating the performance of fiber optic biosensors for KIM-1 detection in various media, such as buffer, artificial urine, and human clinical urine samples.

The dataset includes:

KIM1_biosensors: Information on the optical fiber sensors used, including type and specifications;

Measurement data: Results from different media and concentration ranges, including signal-to-noise ratios, sensitivity metrics, and baseline measurements.

The dataset was created as part of a project funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Grant No. AP19576207), by Nazarbayev University grants, codes: 20122022FD4134 (Project M2O-DISK), and 211123CRP1603.and conducted in collaboration with Nazarbayev University, School of Medicine and Université Côte d'Azur, INPHYNI.
