Dataset for dynamic range testing of the silicon charge detector beam experiment prototype
收藏资源简介:
The High Energy cosmic-Radiation Detection facility (HERD) is a planned experiment on the Chinese Space Station. The Silicon Charge Detector (SCD) is one of the sub-detectors in HERD, designed to detect cosmic-ray nuclei with high charge resolution. In this work, we propose a compact readout electronics system for the SCD, which consists of front-end readout electronics with 200 input channels, data acquisition, and data management electronics. A software and hardware testing environment was set up in the laboratory, requiring a DC power supply and a signal generator. External injection and internal calibration were performed on the prototype, and its dynamic range was measured. The results show that the dynamic range of the prototype can be extended from 200 fC to 1200 fC.
