Kandelia obovata Genome sequencing

Based on whole genome resequencing, the genomes of 4 populations of Kandelia obovata in the southeast coast of China were determined, with 40 samples in each population, including WZ population, QZ population, DZG population and ZZ population respectively. DZG refers to Dongzhaigang Mangrove Natural Reserve in Haikou City, Hainan Province; ZZ represents Jiulong River Estuary Mangrove Provincial Nature Reserve in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province; QZ denotes Luoyang River Estuary Mangrove in Quanzhou Bay, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province; WZ stands for Longgang Aojiang Estuary Mangrove in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
