Open Space

This feature class contains areas of wetland preserve, wetland mitigation and open space that are either privately or City managed and owned. A wetland is an environment between a terrestrial ecosystem and an aquatic system. A wetland preserve is federally preserved and set aside by permit from any development and/or construction activity.本要素类（Feature Class）涵盖由私人或城市所有并管理的湿地保护地、湿地减缓区及开放空间区域。湿地是介于陆地生态系统（Terrestrial Ecosystem）与水生生态系统（Aquatic Ecosystem）之间的生态环境。湿地保护地由联邦层面予以保护，并通过许可程序预留，禁止任何开发及建设活动的实施。
