Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Negative Staging Marrow (NSM) CODEX Images

CODEX images of 54-plex panel on AML and NSM samples. Diagnostic and post-therapy samples were profiled across three patients. Negative staging marrow samples were profiled for three patients. The PhenoCycler-Fusion experimental run was performed using Akoya’s Fusion 1.0.6 software according to Akoya’s PhenoImager Fusion User Guide. Images were taken and pre-processed (stitching, registration, background subtraction) with Akoya’s PhenoImager Fusion microscope using default settings.
