Data and code for "Phase Coexistence Reshapes Nonlinear Feedback Dynamics in Gene Expression"

This dataset contains the simulation data and MATLAB codes used to generate the figures in this manuscript, including those in the Supplemental Material. The code implements stochastic simulations of gene expression dynamics under liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), along with analysis routines to compute steady-state expression levels and noise characteristics. The data files correspond to processed outputs used for plotting the figures in the manuscript and Supplemental Material. The repository is organized into separate directories for code and data. The scripts in the code directory can be used to reproduce the figures presented in the paper.
