High-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze gene expression profiles of RBE cells after the the inhibition of SQLE or FDFT1 by lentiviruses-mediated shRNA, or RBE cells treated with lycorine hydrochloride. Overall design: RBE cells were treated for 24 hours with either DMSO, or lycorine hydrochloride (1µM), and cells were collected from each treatment group to perform high-throughput sequencing and mRNA expression profile data analyzing. For the inhibition of SQLE or FDFT1 in RBE cells, the expression of SQLE or FDFT1 was knocked down by lentiviruses-mediated shRNA, the control and SQLE or FDFT1 -deficient RBE cells were subjected to high-throughput sequencing and mRNA expression profile data analyzing.
