Public Code and Materials for "The Same Constructs, Different Relationships: Historical Change in a Psychological Nomological Network"

This repository contains the analysis code, measurement-model code, harmonization documentation, and nonrestricted aggregate and model outputs associated with the manuscript “The Same Constructs, Different Relationships: Historical Change in a Psychological Nomological Network.” The study analyzes 12 annual employee populations from 2012 to 2023 (N = 52,810) to examine historical change in the relationships between organizational commitment and five employment experiences. The repository includes code for the primary association analyses, relative-weight analyses, covariance analyses, employee-composition robustness analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and measurement-invariance tests. Respondent-level employee survey data and company-identifying raw data are not included because they were collected under confidentiality protections. An anonymized derived analysis dataset is available for peer review subject to the applicable confidentiality constraints. The publicly available files therefore contain code, documentation, and nonrestricted aggregate/model outputs only. The repository accompanies a manuscript submitted for publication and is intended to support research transparency and computational reproducibility within the applicable data-confidentiality constraints.
