Climate feedbacks constrain the cooling potential of CO2 removal

This repository contains the processed data and analysis scripts used in the study examining the climate response to large-scale carbon dioxide removal using the Community Earth System Model version 2.1.3. The provided data consist of partial time-series outputs from model simulations, processed into annual mean records for key variables including global surface temperature and surface energy balance components. These datasets were used to analyze the timing, magnitude, and physical mechanisms of post-removal cooling. The repository also includes the scripts used for data analysis and figure generation presented in the manuscript.
