Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympic Games interest in France 2021

The Summer Olympic Games is one of the biggest sporting events in the world and takes place every four years. Initially due to be hosted in Tokyo in 2020, this international competition was postponed by one year due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. During a survey in May and June 2021, a combined 68 percent of French respondents stated that they were not interested in the Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympic Games.
