Description
The C and MATLAB code used for the model simulations consists of the following components.
1) Main_LS_Scenario.cpp – for simulations of dispersal under different spore size, turbulence, canopy type and release height scenarios
2) Main_LS_Exp.cpp – for simulations of dispersal during the dispersal experiments
3) THA.cpp and STATIST_ASL.cpp – containing subroutines used by 1) and 2)
4) profil29u_Scenario.m and profil34u_Exp.m – to prepare profile files including collection velocities by calling vcPetroff.m.
5) STATIST_FOREST.cpp for generating turbulence profiles according to Massman and Weil (1999)
