<b>Exploring the impact of Antibody-Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis-Related Genes on the prognosis of metastatic melanoma</b>

Our study developed a novel ARG-based risk scoring model that provides valuable prognostic information and may aid clinical decision-making and personalized treatment for metastatic melanoma. The model also demonstrated associations with immune cell infiltration and drug sensitivity, prominence its potential utility in optimizing immunotherapy and chemotherapy strategies. Additionally, single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of melanoma samples revealed differential expression of DOCK10 between primary and metastatic cells, further supporting its role in melanoma progression.
