In order to study the effects of algicide sanguinarine on the structure of eukaryotic microbial community in eutrophic water bodies, two treatments were set: sanguinarine addition treatment and the control (not add sanguinarine). The diversity of 18S rDNA of these two treatments were determined using Illumina MiSeq pyrosequencing.
