Genetic and genomic data for Australian hammerhead species

Input files of mtDNA Control Region and NADH2 haplotype frequencies and Arlequin microsatellite genotypes of great hammerheads (Sphyrna mokarran) and winghead sharks (Eusphyra blochii). FASTQ files from microsatellite library and resultant primers for great hammerheads. Demultiplexed FASTQ files from GBS analysis at AGRF for S. mokarran and E. blochii from Australia. Raw and filtered Variant Call files from GBS pipeline of great hammerheads and winghead sharks. Metadata location files for both species.\nLineage: As part of a National Research Collections Australia, Oceans & Atmosphere and NESP research project (on spatial analysis and biodiversity assessments of Australian hammerhead species) mtDNA, microsatellite analyses were undertaken at CSIRO marine laboratories, GBS and SNP (via Stacks) analyses were undertaken at the AGRF.

本数据集涵盖无沟双髻鲨（Sphyrna mokarran）与翼头双髻鲨（Eusphyra blochii）的线粒体DNA（mtDNA）控制区、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶2（NADH2）单倍型频率数据，以及基于Arlequin软件分析得到的微卫星基因型数据；包含无沟双髻鲨微卫星文库及配套扩增引物的FASTQ文件；另有来自澳大利亚基因组研究设施（AGRF）针对澳大利亚海域的上述两种鲨鱼开展基因组分型测序（Genotyping-by-Sequencing，GBS）分析所得的去多重化FASTQ文件；同时包含无沟双髻鲨与翼头双髻鲨的GBS分析流程产出的原始及过滤后变异检测结果文件，以及两种鲨鱼的元数据位置文件。数据集溯源：本数据集隶属于澳大利亚国家馆藏中心、海洋与大气部门及国家环境科学计划（NESP）的科研项目（针对澳大利亚双髻鲨物种的空间分析与生物多样性评估），其中线粒体DNA与微卫星分析在澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（CSIRO）海洋实验室完成，基因组分型测序与基于Stacks软件的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）分析工作均在澳大利亚基因组研究设施（AGRF）开展。
