Supporting data for “Diffusion-Based Discovery of Spatio-Temporal Flow Patterns”

This dataset supports the thesis <i>Diffusion-Based Discovery of Spatio-Temporal Flow Patterns</i>. It contains processed origin-destination-time (ODT) data from multiple transportation systems, including NYC Taxi and US flight datasets (public sources), along with adjacency graphs and derived JSON pattern expansions. The licensed Hong Kong MTR data is excluded due to usage restrictions, but adjacency structures and derived synthetic examples are provided. The dataset is intended for reproducibility of the proposed diffusion-based pattern discovery framework.
