Species delimitation of the Anthothoe complex (Actiniaria: Sagartiidae) from the Southern Hemisphere

The present project aimed to evaluate the divergence patterns of the Southern Hemisphere sea anemone species Anthothoe through a genome-wide approach. These differences were tested under different biogeographic scenarios that may explain how lineages diverged. We also analyzed the processes underlying the evolution of this taxonomically complex group by comparing the behavior of neutral loci in relation to those possibly under selection.
