资源简介:
Recent studies indicate that the oligodendroglial cell population is heterogeneous on transcriptional and functional level depending on the location in the CNS. Here, we compared primary murine OPC from spinal cord and brain on transcriptional level using whole-genome microarray. Identified up- and downreggulated genes may indicate intrinsic differences between those two populations Total RNA was obtained from primary murine OPC cultivated for 7 days in vitro under proliferating conditions. Three biological replicates were used and corresponding samples (n1 to n3) indicate isolated cells from one cell preparation (a pool of 3-4 mouse pups at P6-8)
