Virus genomes and genome fragments reconstructed in the study "Transmission and Dynamics of Mother-Infant Gut Viruses during Pregnancy and Early Life" (LLNEXT_Pilot) and their metadata.Briefly, present sequences were assembled from virus-like particles enriched fecal longitudinal samples of 30 women and their 32 infants from the Lifelines NEXT cohort prior to the extensive decontamination using reference and virus hallmark genes-based approaches.
