Study tourist accommodation in Lultzhausen

A feasibility study for a sustainable tourism accommodation project in Lultzhausen was carried out by the Directorate-General for Tourism in May 2023. Located in a sanitary protection zone of the dam of Esch-sur-Sûre, the tourist accommodation project in question aims to highlight the natural character of the site. In order to know the architectural potential of the land, to decide on the feasibility of such a project and to assess its viability, a feasibility study identified the offer of merchant accommodation in the region, produced a sketch summarising the possible volume of construction, analysed environmental constraints and proposed several innovative tourist accommodation concepts.2023年5月，旅游总司（Directorate-General for Tourism）针对吕尔茨豪森（Lultzhausen）的可持续旅游住宿项目开展了可行性研究。该项目坐落于叙尔河畔埃施（Esch-sur-Sûre）大坝的卫生防护区内，旨在彰显场地的自然特质。为明确地块的建筑开发潜力、论证项目可行性并评估其商业存续能力，本次可行性研究梳理了区域内商业住宿供给情况，绘制了概括潜在建设体量的建筑草图，分析了环境制约因素，并提出多项创新性旅游住宿概念。
