该数据集是通过采用自主建立的甲烷监测系统,在我国奶牛主产区对不同生长阶段(犊牛、后备牛、泌乳牛和干奶牛)、不同品种(荷斯坦品种、娟姗品种)的奶牛碳排放进行实地测定,并结合奶牛的饲料来源、日粮营养组成、生产性能等得到相关碳排放关键因子数据集,具有采集范围广、科学性强、准确度高等特点,能够为我国开展畜牧业碳排放总量核算、建立乳制品碳标识和碳足迹制度、研发和推广低碳减排与增效技术、开展奶牛养殖的低碳发展评价,推进农业发展全面绿色低碳转型等提供科学依据和数据参考
This dataset is a key carbon emission factor dataset for dairy cows, which is established through field measurements of dairy cow carbon emissions in major dairy production regions of China using an independently developed methane monitoring system. The measurements cover dairy cows at different growth stages (calves, heifers, lactating cows and dry cows) and of different breeds (Holstein and Jersey), and are combined with data including feed sources, dietary nutrient compositions and production performance of the cows. Featuring wide coverage, strong scientific rigor and high accuracy, this dataset can provide scientific foundations and data references for China's total livestock carbon emission accounting, establishment of dairy product carbon labeling and carbon footprint systems, research, development and promotion of low-carbon emission reduction and efficiency-enhancing technologies, low-carbon development evaluation of dairy farming, and advancing the comprehensive green and low-carbon transition of agricultural development.
