资源简介:
Rhizobacterial culture collection consisting of the 447 isolates isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 grown in natural Reijerscamp soil that spans the four phyla Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Firmicutes. This bioproject consists of the 324 isolates that were cultured from Arabidopsis roots harvested at seven days post transplantation from plates to soil. Roots were removed and shaken vigorously to keep tightly root-associated bacterial strains. The roots were subsequently washed, diluted a million times, and plated on tryptic soy agar, reasoner's 2A agar, yeast extract medium, minimal medium with 2 mM coumarin, potato dextrose agar and King's B medium. Single colonies were picked after three, five, seven, ten, fourteen, and twenty one days after plating and individually cultivated in liquid tryptic soy broth. Together with the 123 rhizobacteria isolated at three days post transplantation from plates to soil, these 324 rhizobacterial isolates constitute the 447 Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 culture collection. The 447 culture collection is the non-redundant set of these extraction methods. These isolates were subjected to WGS using the Illumina WGS protocol. Nextera adapters were trimmed with cutadapt. The WGS reads of these isolates can be found under Bioproject PRJNA1131834.
