RSC: 2025年3月28日缅甸地震前后对比分析数据

据中国地震台网正式测定，3月28日14时20分在缅甸地区发生7.9级地震，震源深度30公里，震中位于21.85°N，95.95°E。为应对此次地震，基于灾前、灾后高分辨率遥感影像，采用人工判读的信息提取方法，结合房屋建筑、道路交通、湖泊水系等地表覆盖信息，进行灾前灾后对比监测，提取房屋受损、道路受损、地表破裂等疑似受灾点位，重点关注震中周边区域的变化情况，特别是人口密集区和重要基础设施周边区域，为灾后应急救援提供技术支撑。

Officially confirmed by the China Earthquake Networks Center, a magnitude 7.9 earthquake occurred in Myanmar at 14:20 on March 28, with a focal depth of 30 kilometers and the epicenter at 21.85°N, 95.95°E. To address this earthquake event, pre- and post-disaster high-resolution remote sensing imagery was utilized, combined with surface cover data including buildings, road networks, lakes and water systems, through manual interpretation-based information extraction approaches, to carry out pre- and post-disaster comparative monitoring. Suspected disaster-affected locations such as damaged buildings, damaged roads and surface ruptures were extracted, with focused attention paid to changes in regions surrounding the epicenter, particularly densely populated areas and areas around key infrastructure, so as to provide technical support for post-disaster emergency rescue operations.
