Data and Analysis Scripts for "Exonuclease ISG20 inhibits human cytomegalovirus replication by inducing an innate immune defense signature."

Scripts and preprocessed data for figure generation, ISG20 project This archive contains the scripts and preprocessed data used to generate Figures 8A, 8B, 8D–F and Supplementary Figures 4A and 4B from the manuscript: “Exonuclease ISG20 inhibits human cytomegalovirus replication by inducing an innate immune defense signature.” The data/ folder includes all relevant preprocessed files used in the analyses. The analysis_scripts/ folder contains scripts for processing the GRAND-SLAM output and differential expression analysis of the datasets. The plot_scripts/ folder provides figure-specific R scripts corresponding to the panels in the manuscript. Each script is named according to the figure it produces and is directly runnable with the provided data.
