Study on Microorganisms of Spodoptera litura

The high-throughput sequencing technology ( 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing ) was used to reveal the structural characteristics and diversity of environmental microbial flora in the large-scale breeding system of Spodoptera litura. The correlation between the core functional flora and the host surface flora was analyzed, and the potential regulation of the microbial community on the growth and disease occurrence of Spodoptera litura was discussed. The research results are expected to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the technical parameters of artificial breeding ( such as environmental disinfection strategy, probiotics addition ), and provide a new perspective for the development of insect-microorganism symbiosis mechanism and green control strategy of agricultural pests.
