"This work introduces the LL-video dataset, a collection of real-world low-light surveillance video sequences created to advance the development and evaluation of video denoising algorithms. The videos are captured under authentic low-light conditions using a commercial Hikvision DS-IPC camera, with each frame provided at full high-definition resolution of 1920\u00d71080 pixels (RGB). This dataset fills a critical gap by providing a benchmark that reflects the severe noise, complex motion, and high-resolution detail characteristic of practical surveillance scenarios. Designed to bridge the gap between controlled laboratory settings and actual deployment, LL-video serves as a challenging and realistic testbed for research in low-light video restoration. It is a valuable resource for developing and benchmarking denoising, enhancement, and related computer vision algorithms intended for modern, high-resolution surveillance systems."
