IMOS FAIMMS Sensor Network data - Lizard Island Sensor Float 1 Water Temperature - From 15 Aug 2010 To 04 Apr 2014

The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m from 15 Aug 2010 through to 23 Feb 2012, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-14.697167 - Longitude:145.446767. Sensor deployed was a MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA2173. The following comment was recorded regarding this deployment - 'Water Temperature from the MEA Thermistor mounted directly under Sensor-Float 1 at Lizard Island: MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor 560 measuring Water Temperature in units degrees celcius'. Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 5.9m from 16 Aug 2010 through to 09 Dec 2010, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-14.697167 - Longitude:145.446767. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM.
