资源简介:
The file contains temperature measurements of a 1.4828 steel plate cooled from the initial temperature of approx. 900°C by an axisymmetric water jet, which was used to determine the distribution of the heat transfer coefficient and the heat flux density on the cooled surface of the plate. The temperature was measured with 49 pieces of sheathed thermocouples type K (NiCr-NiAl), with a sensor diameter of 0.5 mm, characterised by the 1st accuracy class. The plate to be cooled was 8 mm thick and the thermocouples were placed in the plate at a depth of 6 mm (which means 2 mm under the plate surface cooled). The water nozzle had a diameter of 2mm and was placed centrally above the cooled plate at a height of 40mm from the cooled surface. The cooling water flux was 0.287 m3/h, and its temperature was 15.6°C. Water cooling starts in 5 s. Previously air cooling. The first column in the file is the time in seconds, and the next are the temperature measurements in °C from thermocouples 1 to 49.
