Opinion of workplace flexibility among women India 2022

According to a survey in 2022, about 83 percent of the working women respondents stated that they wanted more flexibility in their workplace in India. Furthermore, about 70 percent of the respondents either quit or considered quitting their jobs due to lack of flexible policies at their workplace.
