XPlanung dataset BPL “Men’s mat — 2nd change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Herrenmatt — 2nd Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: By amending the development plan, planning security for existing as well as future buildings and projects is to be established and the designation of the type of use is to be adapted to the actual stock.开发规划（Development Plan, BPL）包含城市规划管控所需的法定约束性条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的锡尔巴赫（Seelbach）市《赫伦马特——第二修正案》开发规划。说明：通过修订该开发规划，可为既有建筑及未来建筑、项目确立规划保障，并使用地类型的标注适配实际用地存量现状。
