PUG - Constraints form - Infrastructure, soil, servitude ‘Sites subject to remediation procedure’
the dataset is derived from the cartographic layer used to draw up the Table of Constraints on Infrastructure, soil and servitude, but only shows the centroids of the polygons of the ‘sites subject to the remediation procedure’ – updated in December 2019.Contaminated sites are areas affected by anthropogenic phenomena (activities in course/concluded) which have caused the introduction of one or more pollutants into at least one of the environmental matrices (soil, subsoil, groundwater), altering the natural content of some elements and determining the overcoming of Eligible concentrations for use (CSR - risk threshold concentrations). CSR identify in fact the levels of contamination related to the reality of the site (site - specific), which meet the risk acceptability criteria under the legislation in force. The identification of sites where an alteration of environmental matrices has been detected is aimed at highlighting those areas in which, as a result of specific interventions, it is it has been verified that the quality of the matrices themselves and the exposure levels of the targets human beings are acceptable for the use for which such sites are or will be intended.
