This study aims to assess disaster risk factors that leave low-income households vulnerable during extreme weather events such as extreme heat and flooding. The data generated can underpin the development of a decision support framework that can be used to promote equitable allocation of resources in disaster risk reduction planning efforts in the selected case study areas. The primary audience is the building regulatory and compliance community.
