资源简介:
This project presents a synthesized multi-event WindStorm Performance Dataset (WiSPD). The WiSPD is currently comprised of 4 hurricanes (Harvey (2017), Irma (2017), Michael (2018), and Laura (2020)), and 4 tornadoes (Joplin, MO (2011), Garland-Rowlett, TX (2015), Cookville, TN (2020), and Nashville, TN (2020)), all of which struck in the United States. Each event’s building performance assessments were collected with similar methodologies and contain details such as location, physical address, basic building attributes, estimated 3-second gust wind speed, basic wind speeds for ASCE7-05, 7-10, and 7-16, and component-level damage ratios. These events were combined to create a single, uniform, living dataset of residential building performance, that is intended to be further extended, both in breadth and depth, through the addition of more storm events and building features as they are completed. This project provides version 1.0 of the WiSPD, along with the Python scripts used to create the unified dataset.
