Built upon the UN IRP Global Material Flow Database, this database covers datasets from over 200 countries spanning the period from 1970 to 2024, as well as material flow information for more than 300 material types. The platform is hosted by the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna University of Economics and Business) and funded by the Austrian Ministry of Climate and Environmental Protection.
