Federal Agency for Nature Conservation: Main concentration area sea diver (WMS)

The delimitation of the main concentration area of sea divers covers all areas very high and most of the areas with high sea diver density. The demarcation of the main concentration area in the west and southwest was chosen in such a way that all important and known regular occurrences are included. The common position of the BMU’s business unit is that within the framework of future approval procedures for offshore wind farms (OWPs), the “main concentration area” should be used as a benchmark for the cumulative assessment of the loss of sea diver habitat in such a way that no further OWPs are approved within this area.海洋潜水生物（sea divers）主要集中区的划定范围，覆盖全部海栖种群密度极高的区域，以及绝大多数海栖种群密度较高的区域。西部及西南部的主要集中区边界划定，遵循纳入所有已知重要且规律分布点位的原则。BMU业务部门的共识为：在未来海上风电场（offshore wind farms, OWPs）的审批流程框架内，应将"主要集中区"作为评估海洋潜水生物栖息地丧失累积影响的基准，且该区域内不得再获批任何新建海上风电场项目。
