We profiled the repertoires of peripheral blood TCRβ chains from 890 individuals including NPC patients, at-risk controls positive for serum EBV VCA-IgA antibody, and seronegative controls through bulk TCRβ sequencing. Library : TCR-seq of genomic DNA extracted from peripheral blood cells.FASTQ files were then processed to extract TCRβ repertoires using MiXCR (v3.0.6)
