Scope Local law Bürgerparksiedlung Bremerhaven

The “Bürgerparksiedlung”, which was built in 1949-1958, is an important historical document for urban planning. Many buildings have been changed to such an extent that the overall urban landscape of the settlement is at risk. By laying down design requirements, the aim is to protect the sufficiently found original settlement structure and still leave room for renovations that preserve the closed overall picture of the settlement.1949年至1958年建造的“市民公园住宅区（Bürgerparksiedlung）”是城市规划领域的重要历史文献。该住宅区的多数建筑已被大幅改造，致使其整体城市景观面临受损风险。通过制定设计要求，旨在保护该住宅区现存完好的原始定居点结构，同时为保留其整体封闭风貌的翻新改造工程预留空间。
