CorALS

The study introduces CorALS, an open-source framework designed to analyze complex biological systems using large-scale correlation networks. With the emergence of high-dimensional multiomics data, traditional analysis has faced computational challenges. CorALS addresses these challenges by providing algorithms for constructing and analyzing parametric and non-parametric correlation networks, suitable for both personal and high-performance computing. It provided deeper insights into the concerted coordination of biological systems by analysing real-world large-scale multiomics and single-cell datasets.
